We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our team and oversee a diverse range of impactful and vibrant projects, including promotional products, corporate apparel, commercial furniture, signage, First Nations artwork and Reconciliation Action Plans.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Coordinate a variety of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to gather project requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Foster a culturally aware and inclusive approach in all project activities, particularly in relation to First Nations artwork and Reconciliation Action Plans.
- Collaborate closely with team members to brainstorm ideas, problem-solve and ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in project coordination preferably in a similar industry.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly in working with diverse communities and First Nations communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- A positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Initially, this position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. However, there is potential for it to transition into a full-time role in the future, if desired.
